Cancellation Policy
Full refund of the experience if cancellation takes place up to 24 hours before the start of the experience.
Conditions
- A reservation is officially canceled if the visitor clicks on the “cancel my reservation” button in the My Account tab > my reservations > modify or cancel a reservation
- The total amount of the reservation is refunded to the traveler if the cancellation occurs within the minimum period defined in the cancellation conditions of the experience.
- The Traveler Refund Policy, force majeure or cancellations by Winalist for any other reason provided for in the General Conditions may supersede the cancellation conditions. Please check these exceptions.

Paula did an amazing job explaining the wines, history, and storage caves. It was a pleasantly surprising difference to walk through the limestone tunnels and learn about the history of this winery. Well worth our time. The tasting was a great bonus!
Absolutely magnificent property! The cellar is installed in a former underground quarry, very original and impressive. Downside: visits in a chain with little “soul” and a castle that passes from hand to hand (Chinese company currently…)
