Cancellation Policy
Full refund of the experience if cancellation takes place up to 24 hours before the start of the experience.
Conditions
- A reservation is officially canceled if the visitor clicks on the “cancel my reservation” button in the My Account tab > my reservations > modify or cancel a reservation
- The total amount of the reservation is refunded to the traveler if the cancellation occurs within the minimum period defined in the cancellation conditions of the experience.
- The Traveler Refund Policy, force majeure or cancellations by Winalist for any other reason provided for in the General Conditions may supersede the cancellation conditions. Please check these exceptions.

The visit well managed by Merion allowed us to learn new things about wine production in the Medoc. Sympathy and availability.
Very interesting tour in a beautiful chateau, vineyards and great views, we were lucky enough to be in the moment of grape harvesting and pressing. We discovered the long history of the chateau, we visited cellars and tried very tasty red wine.
