The Secret Cape

From the village of Cagnano, let's leave for an afternoon of the secrets of Cap Corse, "the island within the island".

We will start with a discovery on foot of a traditional hamlet before meeting Dany, who maintains a 17th century mill. He will tell us the story of this mill and show us how traditional olive oil and chestnut flour are made.

Then, we will meet Gabriel and Gaël, blacksmith and cutler, whose forge is nestled in the heart of the maquis. They will present their profession to us and teach us all about the famous Corsican knife!

Finally, we will end the afternoon with a walk in the vineyards: by the sea, in a rare and wonderful landscape, we will discover the rich history of Cap Corse wines and taste three emblematic wines of this region accompanied by cheese and local charcuterie.
