Discover the wines of Cap Corse in one of the most famous estates in the region!
We will meet in front of the cellar and then set off for the vineyard, in a magnificent plot of vines overlooking the sea. In this superb landscape, I will introduce you to the wines of Cap Corse and their link with the history and geography of the region.
We will also talk about the estate, the grape varieties grown, the particularities of Cap Corse and how they are reflected in the wines.
Then, place to the tasting! We will taste 4 wines from the estate, including the famous Muscat du Cap, accompanied by local specialties (charcuterie, cheese, sweets, etc.). We will take the opportunity to do an introduction to tasting and you will learn how to taste a wine like a pro! We will also talk about food and wine pairings and how to pair Cap Corse wines with your favorite dishes.

Découverte d'un moulin traditionnel

Depuis l'église de Cagnano, nous découvrirons à pied les ruelles du village et un moulin traditionnel datant du 17ème siècle. On y fabrique encore de l'huile d'olive et de la farine de châtaigne ! Nous ferons ensuite une petite pause dans l'épicerie de Dany, où vous pourrez goûter les produits du moulin (selon la saison).

Nous irons ensuite à la forge où vous découvrirez la fabrication du vrai couteau corse et le travail d'un forgeron.

Dégustation de vins au coeur des vignes

Nous nous rendrons enfin dans les vignes, dans une parcelle magnifique en bord de mer, où nous ferons connaissance avec le terroir si particulier du Cap Corse et avec ses vins. Nous dégusterons trois vins (rosé, blanc, rouge) accompagnés de fromage et charcuterie locale.
