About this experience & host
Patrimonio, the capital of Corsican wine! We are going to discover the history of this village so linked to wine and meet its craftsmen and winegrowers during a gourmet and captivating afternoon.
We will start with a walk on the paths of the village to discover the strong link that unites Patrimonio to its vines.
We will then visit an artisanal soap factory that works with organic and local plants, including vines to make a unique soap!
We will then go to a honey house where the beekeeper will share his daily life with us and let us taste the delicious honeys from the rich biodiversity of the region.
Finally, we will go to the vineyards, at the foot of the famous limestone cliffs, for a presentation of the Patrimonio vineyard and a convivial tasting of three wines (rosé, white, red). Fruit juices are provided for children.

Découvrez le savon... au vin ! A Patrimonio, nous rencontrerons Laëtitia, qui fabrique artisanalement ses savons avec des plantes locales et bio. Saponification, huiles essentielles, lait de chèvre ou d'anesse,... Le savon n'aura plus de secret pour vous !

Rencontre avec un apiculteur

Pierre, apiculteur à Patrimonio, nous accueillera pour découvrir ses miels AOP de Corse, une rareté et un délice ! Il nous expliquera tout sur les abeilles, la vie de la ruche, la fabrication de son miel,... et nous fera évidemment déguster ses délicieux miels.

Dégustation de vins au coeur des vignes

Nous irons enfin au coeur des vignes de Patrimonio, au pied des célèbres falaises de calcaire, pour faire connaissance avec le terroir. Je vous présenterai ce lieu béni pour la vigne, les cépages qui y sont plantés, et nous ferons une dégustation en plein air, à l'ombre des eucalyptus, de trois vins de Patrimonio (rosé, blanc, rouge).
