Discover the wines of Patrimonio, the oldest and most famous appellation in Corsica!
We will meet in front of the cellar of a winegrower from the appellation and then set off for the vineyard, in a magnificent plot of vines at the foot of the famous limestone cliffs. In this superb landscape, I will introduce you to the wines of Patrimonio and their link with the history and geography of the region.
We will also talk about the estate, the grape varieties grown, the particularities of the Patrimonio appellation and the strong character of the region's wines!
Then, place to the tasting! We will taste 4 wines from the estate, including a sparkling Muscat, accompanied by local specialties (charcuterie, cheese, sweets, etc.). We will take the opportunity to do an introduction to tasting and you will learn how to taste a wine like a pro! We will also talk about food and wine pairings and how to pair Patrimonio wines well.

Pierre, apiculteur à Patrimonio, nous accueillera pour découvrir ses miels AOP de Corse, une rareté et un délice ! Il nous expliquera tout sur les abeilles, la vie de la ruche, la fabrication de son miel,... et nous fera évidemment déguster ses délicieux miels.

Dégustation de vins au coeur des vignes

Nous irons enfin au coeur des vignes de Patrimonio, au pied des célèbres falaises de calcaire, pour faire connaissance avec le terroir. Je vous présenterai ce lieu béni pour la vigne, les cépages qui y sont plantés, et nous ferons une dégustation en plein air, à l'ombre des eucalyptus, de trois vins de Patrimonio (rosé, blanc, rouge).
