Exceptionally, our estate opens its doors for you to discover our appellations during a special tasting. We invite you to spend a unique moment in the heart of our vaulted cellars. You will discover all the stages of vinification, following the grapes from reception to bottling, as well as the secrets of the maturing of the wines in our cellars. We will finish with a tasting of the wines of the estate, including 3 Grands Crus.

About the host

Since 1954, Domaine Marguerite Carillon has vinified and matured its wines in the village of Meursault.
The very fragmented vineyard extends over the entire Côte-de-Beaune.
The entire Estate is conducted in sustainable viticulture. The vinification is classic and respects the traditional Burgundian scheme. All operations are done by gravity. The objective is to respect the grapes and to intervene as little as possible so that the terroir is best expressed for each appellation.

The wines were spectacular, they took good care of us. But the visit to the facilities is short and with very few explanations of the vinification and fermentation process of their wines.
