Tasting with Winemaker and Lunch

The Portfolio Tasting begins with a visit to the Winery, introducing the brand and winery, winemaking methods, the work carried out in the vineyard, the types of soil and the grape varieties planted. The visit continues in the Barrel Room, where the types of existing barrels, the wines made here and their respective stages are presented.
The tasting continues in the Tasting Room, designed in glass, extending over a lawn with a privileged view of the city of Estremoz. It is here that we offer the tasting with the oenologist, which consists of knowing the secrets behind each wine, comparing grape varieties, blends and tasting the wines that are still in the barrel.
At the end of the race, you can enjoy an Alentejo lunch, with a menu previously chosen at the time of booking.
