He will share with you his expertise and his passion around the wines he claims to be of tomorrow. Awaken your senses!
Romain's goal is to make you discover this universe of natural wines thanks to nuggets selected very finely by his care and above all for their eco-responsible approach. Its selection was created from nearly 1,200 samples tasted in 2020, only 3% of the wines were selected. He continues to taste every month to make you discover other wonders!
The wines selected are produced by exceptional Men: women and men selected for their history and the #Passion they have for their profession. You don't see them every day on your way like that!
What does the workshop consist of?
You will taste 3 seasonal wines, learn tasting techniques and have an introduction to French wines.
Answers to your questions will be Romain's priority!
We work with local Hauts-de-France producers for the food that accompanies the tasting.
We give pride of place to local and seasonal products! Vegetarians will not be forgotten.
Where do we meet?
In the countryside 1 hour from Paris: Meet at La Ferté Milon, homeland of Jean Racine and next to the future international city of the French language.
Access by car or line P of the Transilien.
