From the vineyard to the glass of wine: visit and tasting

After a welcome in the courtyard of the castle of Caussiniojouls, we will take, by car, the direction of the vineyard located in the very heart of the scrubland where we will make you discover the secrets and the history of our land. You will also have the possibility of admiring the panorama which is offered to us. We will then return to the village, making a stop in a very particular plot to present the different grape varieties of our appellation. Then, so that you can discover the bottom of the vinification and aging of our wines: we will open the doors of our production tool, our cellar. We will end the visit with a tasting of the entire range of wines from our estate in the heart of the old cellars of the medieval castle now restored.
