Unforgettable day in Champagne during harvest

During this Private Experience, you will discover famous Grand Cru villages, visit 3 families of producers and taste many 100% Grand Cru Champagnes (8 tastings) : natural Champagne without dosage, old vines, vintages aged in oak barrels ... with passing in front of exceptional sites such as Saran Castle, the ultra private property where LVMH (Moet & Chandon, Dom Pérignon...) receives its biggest clients and VIPs !

You will meet these 3 producer / winegrower families (the good addresses of the locals) who will open the doors of their cellar, their winery but also their working press to discover the process of making their champagne, its specificities and the grape press during the harvest.

The visit will be followed by several champagne tastings. If when we arrive, the press is in operation, you will have the chance to taste fresh grape juice !

All the villages you will cross are classified at the highest of the Champagne Appellation.

You will visit the "Côte de Blancs", kingdom of Chardonnay Grand cru "Blanc de Blancs" as well as my village Aÿ Grand cru, famous for its pinot noir (where Bollinger, Deutz are located ...) by passing by the Premier Cru village of Mareuil-sur-Ay.

In a friendly and authentic atmosphere, immerse yourself in the heart of the harvest in private in these exceptional classified Champagne vineyards. You will harvest few bunches of grapes and meet the pickers and winegrowers working in the vines.

Did you know that the village of Aÿ (just 5 min. from Epernay and 35 min. from Reims) was the main center of the champagne industry and always has a very special place?
The kings of France had their own presses there as early as the 16th century and the wines of Champagne were formerly called "Wines of Aÿ".

The historic hillsides of Aÿ are classified as World Heritage by UNESCO and its vineyard in Grand Cru.
This is where you will enjoy an unforgettable gourmet picnic in the heart of the vineyards* with Champagne and saber your own bottle like Napoleon (1 bottle a Champagne from Aÿ for each group of 2 pers. + tasting of 3 famous local spirits : Ratafia, Fine of Marne, Marc of Champagne) !

We won't miss going to the famous Avenue de Champagne d'Epernay called the most expensive Avenue in the world with its 200 million bottles in the cellar.
