The effervescent of the famous Maison is the dream of champagne lovers around the world.
But who was Dom Pérignon? Is he really the inventor of champagne ?
During a private, informative and interactive workshop, go back in time and meet the "spiritual father of Champagne" through the history of Champagne and Champagne.
On the program to illustrate this workshop which will take you to discover the vine by the glass, documents and anecdotes but also on site vines and the visit of an educational champagne cellar (explanations of champagne making process of the past and nowadays)
You will taste with an educational approach throughout this workshop the champagne of a family of winegrowers, producer since 1888 in the village of Hautvillers, village of Dom Pérignon.
An additional tasting of Ratafia de Champagne from the Goyard distillery, the oldest and most important distillery in Champagne, is planned during this workshop.
You will not be mixed with other guests during this experience
- Hydroalcoholic gel will be at your disposal
