You will discover the “moving” landscape of the Château des Vaults, natural agriculture, the secret links between the earth, the sun, the insects, and the vine, during a guided visit in the hillsides and the garden, in the refuges of biological diversity. You will continue with the tasting of the estate's wines and farmhouse bread in one of the Château's lounges, accompanied by your choice of mature cheeses. Gourmets will be transported into the sensory universe of certain specialties which are part of the exception of French gastronomy.

About the host
A typical 19th century Angevin wine estate, Domaine du Closel Wines are located at Château des Vaults, in the heart of the Savennières appellation, in the Loire Valley. At the head of the estate, Evelyne de Pontbriand preserves the landscapes and respects biodiversity as you can discover through the walk in the park and in the vineyards. You will then discover both the landscape of the vineyard which brings this very particular and typical taste to our rare and original wines and the very French art of living which is expressed in the park and around the castle.
You can taste our wines including our Savennières, a great white wine from the Loire. We produce certified organic and biodynamic wines.
