Back at the VAU RENOU cellar and in the heart of the vineyards, you will enter our troglodyte cellar, a former quarry once dedicated to the extraction of Tuffeau, emblematic limestone of Touraine and exceptional terroir for our precious Cabernet Franc, king grape variety. of Saint Nicholas of Bourgueil.
To visit the cellar of Vau Renou and the vineyards overhanging it is to discover the secrets of the meticulous breeding of the Domaine, it is to better understand the notion of "terroir", it is the assurance of a moment suspended and out of time.
