The experience begins with a guided tour of our cellars, where our guide will share the history of the Poças family, explain the Douro demarcated region and how the emblematic Port Wine is produced. Afterwards, in our tasting room, we will introduce you to our range of wines.

This tasting is designed for those who wish to get started in the world of wines. In this tasting, you will initially taste a White Port Wine of your choice (Brig's Dry White / White / Lágrima / 10 Years Old White). Then you will taste two Red Port Wines - our LBV and the Tawny 10 Years. This tasting will be paired with water and salt biscuits.

With more than 100 years of existance, Pocas lies in the hands of the 3rd & 4th generation, being one of the very few Port Wine company that was born Portuguese and still belongs to the same Portuguese family. The Old Tawny Ports have built Pocas’ reputation but DOC Douro wines have been proving their own quality over the last 30 years.
In our cellar you'll feel a true family atmosphere, the unforgettable aroma of the noblest wines and will see up close the routine of cellar full of life!
