Cancellation Policy
Full refund of the experience if cancellation takes place up to 24 hours before the start of the experience.
Conditions
- A reservation is officially canceled if the visitor clicks on the “cancel my reservation” button in the My Account tab > my reservations > modify or cancel a reservation
- The total amount of the reservation is refunded to the traveler if the cancellation occurs within the minimum period defined in the cancellation conditions of the experience.
- The Traveler Refund Policy, force majeure or cancellations by Winalist for any other reason provided for in the General Conditions may supersede the cancellation conditions. Please check these exceptions.

About the host
In three half-buried cellars, the museum presents a collection of unique historical objects, multiple testimonies from the past and the present with a number of documents and explanatory signs retracing the trade in Bordeaux wines : the evolution of the trade of wine merchant, since the privilege of Bordeaux wines dating from the Middle Ages to the present day, including work in the cellars and exports.
