Visit the family cellar with its century-old tuns dating back to 1850 and enjoy a tasting of the estate's wines.

Maison ZEYSSOLFF is one of the few wineries in Alsace with around twenty century-old oak tuns still used for winemaking.

Following the organic conversion of my estate, we renovated our cellar and are using this setting to offer our visitors a new experience. You will discover a film about our rich personal history and our working philosophy. It is projected in the cellar onto barrels at 180°, allowing the public to be fully immersed in our story.

You will finish the tasting in our new 100% immersive tasting area with a wine paired with each dish (soup, pie, dessert, and coffee/tea). Lounge music and images projected on the walls will transport you for the duration of a meal into OUR universe, where wine and tourism intertwine…

About the host

My husband Yvan and I operate a family winery, created in 1778 in Gertwiller, Alsace, a few kilometers from Strasbourg. We are the 11th generation of winegrowers, of the same family, to exploit our vines and vinify the 7 Alsatian grape varieties. We like to share our passion for wine through our family history, and our cellar secrets, in a friendly and warm atmosphere. The Zeyssolff family cask, made in 1897 for the Universal Exhibition in Paris, is one of our main curiosities. We welcome you to make you discover our cellar through a guided tour and to make you taste the fruit of our work...
