About this experience & host
Guided tour of our company to discover and delve deeper into the world of the Classic Method, from the vineyard to the glass!
We therefore start from the vineyards, continue in the winemaking cellar and in the Classic Method aging room for a focus dedicated to this fascinating world; we continue to the farmhouse with the tasting of 4 sparkling wines with a gastronomic combination in the name of territoriality.
In the glass:
• Inganno 572 Brut (100% Italian riesling – 9 months on yeasts)
• Michél Extra Brut (100% pinot noir – 36 months on yeasts)
• Poggio dei Duca Extra Brut (100% pinot noir – 48 months on yeasts)
• Cuvée Rosé 2016 Pas Dosé (100% pinot noir – 72 months on yeasts)
On the plate: gastronomic tastings from our cuisine based on local products.
